Abstract:
When you are a teacher or trainer, an Agile coach or a Scrum Master, a speaker or a host and you have to engage and involve your participants in the online or physical environment there are ways to do this in a brain friendly way. In this talk I will teach you the first steps in creating a class or (online) training based on the 4C's of Training From the Back of the Room of Sharon Bowman. Be prepared to learn how to craft your best training or (online) engagement using brain science.
