In this session, I will share various ways of leading change in big enterprises where employee size ranges from 1.000 employees to 10.000 employees. You will have an opportunity to hear from my vast experience with OKRs on a company level, Scaling frameworks for Product development, Culture Map, and beyond.
You will learn from experiences made from enterprise agility transformation from my 12-plus years of experience in various companies.
